So I just have to brag about my husband for a minute. Yesterday his company had their quarterly recognition meeting and he won 3 awards: Rookie of the Quarter, Top Producer of the Quarter, and a third one that for the life of me I can not remember now. But it was equally as awesome.
He has 5 houses under contract right now, is writing an offer for another one tonight & is in the process of negotiating a contract on this one.
For a market that supposedly sucks, he sure is able to keep busy. What are we going to do when the market "turns" and he sells 3x this many houses in one month?
